I enjoyed the lovely small walled patio in my room that had an incredible view of the mountains. The breakfast was the best of my trip, and the staff provided exceptional service. They were always available and incredibly helpful. The location in El Poblado was perfect for exploring, with many restaurants within walking distance. However, there was some mold at the edges of the walls in my room, likely due to the heavy rains during my stay, which was a bit off-putting. My room also experienced some issues with water pressure in the shower. Overall, my experience was quite enjoyable despite these drawbacks.

Charming ambiance with friendly faces
Waking up each day felt special as the staff always greeted us with warm smiles, and the atmosphere exuded charm. The view from the rooftop, particularly at sunset, was a lovely surprise.
While the charm is undeniable, the breakfast options left much to be desired, with limited choices that could be improved significantly. A few inconveniences housekeeping-wise also arose due to the lack of easy storage in the room.

The rooftop view at sunset was truly captivating.
Upon arrival, we were notified that the room we booked was not available and were given an uncomfortably small double bed room instead. Initially, this room lacked basic amenities like extra pillows and towels for two guests, which was disappointing. Even when we were upgraded to a larger room for the remaining nights, it still felt inadequate, lacking proper airflow and space to move around comfortably.

Our stay was wonderful, especially with the grandkids enjoying the rooftop terrace. The spa was a highlight. we indulged in relaxing massages that rejuvenated us after exploring the city. The tour desk helped us navigate local attractions effortlessly too.

The old-style charm was captivating, highlighted by the huge room that featured a super-sized bed and an unexpected wardrobe. Terrestrial sounds created a delightful ambiance, while the mini-split air conditioning truly elevated comfort in the warm climate. However, the breakfast options were limited, lacking variety and leaving room for improvement, and some housekeeping issues arose that were not addressed promptly. Despite these drawbacks, the location was a significant advantage, being right next to various culinary delights and just a short walk from key attractions.

I really enjoyed my spacious room, which had a mini-split air conditioner that made things super comfy, especially after exploring the city. There’s also a relaxing spa with great beauty treatments and a lovely sun terrace for soaking up the sun. One little hiccup was the bar not being open when I wanted a drink, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 🌟

We had a great time at this hotel with friends! Perfect location near amazing restaurants and just a short distance to Parque Poblado for day excursions. The staff were friendly and super helpful, and our Deluxe King Room was cozy with great air conditioning.
One downside was the morning noise starting around 8 am, which made it tough for those wanting to sleep in.
